- For all online registrations, Garden State QMRC will use the time stamp (Eastern Standard Time) of the online submission to determine the registration order.
- For all mail in registrations, Garden State QMRC will use 12:00PM (EDT) of the postmarked date on the mailing envelope to determine the registration order. If there are multiple registrations with the same postmarked date, they will be put in alphabetical order by Driver's Last Name.
- If you sign in for a class and need to switch to a different class, for example, Sr Honda to Hvy Honda you will lose your timing spot for the class you are switching to.
